Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders within the US for a limited time. Most items in the Apparel, Marble, Accessory, and Tropical Collections are processed and shipped directly from our MD fulfillment center within 1-2 business days with UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. 

All other product orders are processed for shipping within 1- 3 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders, once processed. 

Shipping time within the US is between 2 to 12 business days from processing date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International order's shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact support@surelyalluring.com so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement order will be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.
