Refund policy

We’ll happily accept returns for unopened and unused items with original tags attached. Product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition received. If you wish to make a return, we must receive your request within 30 days from the date you received your order. Returned item(s) must be received within 30 days of the refund request date to receive a refund. Contact support@surelyalluring.com to initiate the refund process.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to support@surelyalluring.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print out and affix to your package.

Refunds

Once returned item(s) are received and processed, a refund confirmation email will be sent. Payments are refunded to your original payment method immediately upon refund approval. Funds are available according to your bank's settlement schedule, usually within 1 - 7 business days. 

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale” it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges/Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will immediately initiate an exchange. Please email within 3 days of receiving your order to begin the process.
